We know that commissioning a custom-made jewel is a special decision, which is why we take care of every detail with the utmost attention throughout the process. To ensure the result is exactly what you envision, we follow three clear stages:
1. Ideation and design We talk with you to understand your ideas, preferences, and inspirations. We create sketches and prototypes that you can review along the way, refining each detail until the design is exactly as you imagined.
2. Materials and possibilities We work with a wide selection of metals and gemstones, beyond our main collections. We can use stones you already own or help you find the perfect combination to bring your vision to life.
3. Creation and inspiration Once the design is finalised, we bring the piece to life by hand in our workshop, keeping you informed throughout the process.

How to order your piece You can contact us via email, specifying:
Preferred metal (silver, yellow gold, white gold, rose gold)
Size and dimensions (if applicable)
Specific details you’d like to include
Purpose of the piece (gift, anniversary, partner, etc.)
Finishes (gold plated, silver plated, others)
We only take on a limited number of projects each month to ensure every client receives our full attention. If the current month’s slots are filled, we’ll add you to our waiting list and notify you when new openings become available.
